Accentiqa - Technical Lead - Salesforce LWC (6-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities implementation.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on development skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Mandatory Certifications:

Candidates must have any of the following Salesforce certifications :

- Salesforce App Builder

- Platform Developer

- Sales Cloud Consultant

- Service Cloud Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Aura Components

- Implement and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities based on business needs

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies

- Ensure code quality through CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git/Bitbucket

- Utilize Salesforce DX for modern development practices and environment management

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Identify and resolve technical and functional issues effectively

Required Skills :

1. Strong hands-on experience with :

- Salesforce Lightning and LWC (Lightning Web Components)

- Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce Pages

- Lightning Aura Components

- In-depth understanding of Salesforce configurations and customizations

- Experience with system integrations and third-party applications

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD workflows

- Exposure to Salesforce DX and modern development environments

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Understanding of business processes and associated KPIs
