Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Frontend Lead Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React.js, TypeScript, and AWS, with a keen eye for performance optimization and user experience. This role involves leading a team of frontend developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and TypeScript.

- Architect and implement scalable frontend solutions, ensuring best practices in code quality and

performance.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment processes.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Ensure adherence to web accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and advocate for their adoption when beneficial.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proficient in React.js (Hooks, Context, State Management) and TypeScript.

- Experience with Next.js and performance optimization techniques.

- Strong understanding of design patterns and web accessibility standards.

- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

- Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and linting/formatting tools (ESLint, Prettier).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitHub Actions.

- Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with AWS services such as S3, CloudFront, and ACM.
