Architectural Draughtsman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in AUTOCAD , Revit to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring that all designs comply with industry standards and local regulations.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draughtsman in the Real Estate industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Autodesk Revit.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
• Prepare working drawings, construction documents, and presentation layouts.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and markups from the design team.
• Maintain organized project files and drawing archives.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to gather measurements and verify design details.

Education Qualification

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Certification Required

• Certification in AutoCAD or other relevant CAD software.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in the Real Estate industry.
• Experience with 3D modelling software is a plus.
