Job Purpose
Key Result Areas
KRA (Accountabilities) Supporting Actions KRA1 Continuous improvement and competency development Collaborating with stakeholders to get inputs on usage and improvements required.
Conduct refresher courses
Share technical and best practice process knowledge.
Set up a platform for knowledge sharing of best practices. KRA2 Rollout and Support CMC platform Perform break/fix analysis and get fixes implemented.
Direct service desk team (3rd party) and facilitate incident and problem resolution.
SLA adherence and reporting on periodic basis.
Monthly review with each Unit, prepare action plan for fixing gaps. KRA3 Application development - designing major aspects of the architecture of custom applications, including components such as user interface, middleware, and infrastructure Providing technical leadership to the application development team
Performing design reviews
Ensuring that uniform enterprise wide application design standards are maintained
Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure the architecture is aligned with business requirements.
