Tailor Cutting Master

Job Summary :-

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tailor to join our team at our garment manufacturing unit in Reliance MET City, Jhajjar, Haryana. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Tailoring, Stitching, Cutting, Sewing, Embroidery, Garment Designing, Draping, Pattern Making, Finishing, Sampling, and Blind Hemming. The tailor must also be proficient in stitching a variety of garments, especially shirts and bottoms.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Accurately take measurements and ensure garment fittings meet quality standards.
• Stitch garments such as shirts, trousers, and other custom or production pieces with precision.
• Handle cutting and layout of fabric based on design specifications and patterns.
• Execute high-quality finishing techniques, including blind hemming and detailed embroidery work.
• Create patterns and samples for new designs based on client or production requirements.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to develop and improve garment construction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the tailoring section.
• Ensure timely delivery of tailored items and uphold quality standards throughout the process.

Requirements :-

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in tailoring and garment construction.
• Proficiency in stitching, cutting, sewing, embroidery, and pattern making.
• Experience with both custom and production tailoring.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of different fabrics and garment construction techniques.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.

Work Schedule:

• 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
• Location: Plot No. 12, Sector 7B Reliance MET City, Street No. 4, Village Sondhi, Tehsil Badli, IMT Jhajjar, Haryana 124103.
