Customer Support Associate - Upselling - International Voice Process (US Shift)

Location: Rohini, Delhi (Work From Office)
Salary:
Up to ₹4.5 LPA (Fixed) + Unlimited Incentives + Perks
Experience:
Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process (mandatory)
Interview Mode:
Walk-in Interviews : Rohini, Delhi
Job Type:
Full-time | Night Shift (9:30 PM 6:30 AM) | 6 Days Working
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to US-based working professionals
- Explain higher education programs in a professional and engaging manner
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer service
- Achieve daily/monthly targets
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills
- Willingness to work night shift
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
