Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for white-collar roles in the IFMS industry.

Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3-4 years in white-collar recruitment, specifically in the IFMS industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IFMS roles, functions, and hiring challenges.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and hiring for mid-to-senior-level positions.
- Networking Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with industry professionals and talent pools.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
- Communication Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Location Flexibility: Must be based in Mumbai or Delhi with the ability to manage recruitment needs for respective locations.
