Position Overview:
We are looking for a engineer responsible for building and deploying Microsoft 365 technical solutions to support the TPMO's Critical Chain Project Management system. This role focuses on technical execution and delivery within an established project team. This is a pure technical execution role focused on building the Microsoft 365 infrastructure needed for the TPMO's project management system.This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Technical Responsibilities:

SharePoint Engineering

• Build and configure SharePoint hubs, sites, and complex list structures
• Develop interconnected lists: Project Inventory Master, Project Stages, Annual Goals, Goals Categories, DARE/DAIR logs, and Prioritization lists
• Create custom forms using JSON formatting and Microsoft Forms
• Implement calculated columns, lookup relationships, and cascading dropdowns
• Configure permissions, views, and conditional formatting
• Set up document libraries with metadata and version control

Power Platform Development

• Power BI: Build dashboards connecting to SharePoint lists, Excel, and SQL data sources
• Create visual reports for project KPIs, buffer consumption, and risk tracking
• Configure scheduled refreshes and row-level security
• Embed reports in SharePoint pages and Teams
• Power Automate: Develop automated workflows
• Build flows for status updates, notifications, and approvals
• Create integrations between SharePoint, Exepron, and Teams
• Implement error handling and flow monitoring
• Power Apps: Build canvas and model-driven apps
• Develop project intake and charter forms
• Create mobile-responsive interfaces
• Connect apps to SharePoint data sources

Technical Implementation

• Write custom JavaScript/JSON for SharePoint customizations
• Configure REST API calls and data connections
• Implement Power Platform connectors and custom connectors as needed
• Set up data refresh schedules and performance optimization
• Debug and troubleshoot existing solutions

Integration Work

• Connect SharePoint to external systems (Exepron, SolarWinds)
• Configure Microsoft Teams tabs and app integrations
• Set up data flows between multiple Microsoft 365 services
• Implement single sign-on and authentication protocols

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Document technical configurations, custom code, and system architecture
• Create technical handoff documentation for maintenance and troubleshooting
• Provide knowledge transfer sessions to local IT staff on built solutions
• Develop administrative guides for SharePoint site owners and Power Platform makers
• Ensure all custom solutions include inline documentation and comments

Technical Requirements:

• Expert-level SharePoint Online development (lists, libraries, JSON formatting)
• Advanced Power BI (DAX, data modeling, custom visuals)
• Power Automate (complex flows, error handling, custom connectors)
• Power Apps (canvas apps, formulas, controls)
• JavaScript/JSON for customizations
• REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
• Understanding of CCPM data requirements and project management metrics

Work Style:

• Execute technical tasks assigned by the project team
• Collaborate with TPMO staff to understand requirements
• Deliver working solutions on schedule
• Document technical configurations for handoff
• Provide end-of-project knowledge transfer to ensure solution sustainability
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support

Education and Experience:

• Any Technical qualifications (BCA, BTech, B.Sc.-IT).
• Good to have technical certifications.

Shift timing and working hours:

• Rotational shifts
• 5 Days working in a week
