Job Title: Business Development Consultant Outbound Calls & Lead Generation


Job Description:

  • we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Business Development Consultant, Business Development Expert, Client Services Representative or Senior Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. You will play a key role in outbound lead generation, Cold Calling, client engagement, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to Company's solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer details and lead status.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine lead conversion strategies.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Provide an excellent client experience and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, Telesales, or a similar outbound calling role or Customer Service Experience.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle client conversations confidently over the phone.
  • Good understanding of sales pipelines and lead generation techniques.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and result-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
