Role & responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Python and relevant RPA tools.
• Automate processes related to statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, and TAX portal activities (e.g., ESIC generation, PF UAN generation, PF Challan generation).
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand automation requirements and design effective solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with deployed bots to ensure smooth operation.

Document automation processes and solutions for future reference and audits

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 3 years of experience as an RPA Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming for automation purposes.
• Hands-on experience in Selenium, PDF Plumber, Easy OCR, Pillow, Opencv python, Pandas, Numpy.
• Experience working with statutory portals such as PF, ESIC, and TAX is a plus.
• Knowledge of RPA tools and frameworks (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is preferred.
• Good understanding of business processes and automation potential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
