Lead Software Engineer- Backend - Design, code, test, and document software code for Solvas Digitize
- Monitor the progress and status of yours and others tasks and deliverables on projects and escalate risks in a timely manner
- Communicate and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to move requirements from onboarding, to design, to implementation
- Analyze business requirements in context of existing systems to prepare technical design specifications
- Propose, advocate for, and implement product, technical, and process improvements
- Support junior colleagues in their work and skills growth via your knowledge of the tech stack, processes, and our code base
- Manage a team of 3-6 developers, coordinating and enabling their work to meet strategic goals
- Design services, components, and systems using knowledge of industry best practices
