Job Description

Work with our Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns and ongoing activities to drive Practice growth.

Be an evangelist for Automation bringing insights from the industry and own packaging of services/offerings/solutions and external messaging.

Lead Discovery Workshops to understand customer requirements and gather all required information to create compelling Proposals and SOW s

Identifying appropriate use cases

Crafting complete proposals in a timely manner

Working collaboratively with customer stakeholders and where appropriate vendor account managers

Work with Altumind Exec Team and Finance where necessary to agree pricing in proposals.

Delivery

Manage Project transition for pre-sales to Delivery.

Closely co-operate with the Project Manager and project teams and ensure successful Delivery.

Act as Scrum Master when required.

Act as a escalation point for client delivery issues and participate as needed for success of each Automation Project

Producing end to end high level design document.

Functional support

Manage and co-ordinate teams.

Forge long term customer relationships.

Ensure high user adoption of the implemented solution.

Alliances Management

Manage relationships with key Partners like UiPath and identify other Partners to scale the Practice and become a go to Services Partner.

Responsible for Certifications/CSAT and references for Partner tier upgrades.

Client Relationship Management

Must be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders up to and including C-level to provide thought leadership of how Altumind can help customers achieve strategic objectives.

Be able to easily communicate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and customers.

Must have excellent customer facing, communication and presentation skill.

Qualifications

8+ Years of experience as an Automation Consultant or Analyst

Experience working on Automation Presales activities, scoping, and estimations.

Experience working with Automation Platforms across large organizations.

Experience managing delivery teams.

Experience running a Services Practice

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision.

The ability to perform to high standard whilst balancing the priorities and deadlines of multiple concurrent projects.

A bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Understanding and experience implementing of the technologies (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc.) and processes related to Robotic Process Automation
