Co-founded and led by industry experts who have come together from organizations like Axis Bank, Freecharge, Yes Bank, Policy Bazaar, Paisa Bazaar, Cardekho, and HDFC Life. Ambak is on a mission to simplifying home financing in India like never before, making it easier, transparent, and faster for the customers and channel partners. Job title - Relationship Manager

Location - NCR

Job Responsibilities:

- Build sales strategies that help in exceeding the set targets

- Manage internal and external stakeholders

- Identify new business opportunities and trends and potential clients through market research and networking.

- Set up meetings and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

- Collaborate with builders and internal teams to streamline the home loan application process and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.

- Act as the primary contact for customers for home loan inquiries, explaining the application process and documentation, and conducting initial eligibility assessments.

- Ensure timely collection and verification of all required documents from customers.

- Liaise with bank representatives and underwriters to expedite the loan approval process.

- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their home loan applications.

- Address customer queries and concerns related to home loan applications in a professional and courteous manner.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

Job requirements:

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in sales

- Should be target driven and ability to take ownership to achieve sales targets

- Should have customer support obsession and knows customer handling

- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
