Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing and design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and marketing collaterals, and be able to translate ideas into visually compelling designs aligned with our brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Content Creation:
  Design compelling and visually consistent marketing assets including social media creatives, infographics, emailers, brochures, whitepapers, flyers, digital ads, and banners to support campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Brand Identity & Guidelines:
  Uphold and evolve the Ambit Software brand identity by ensuring that all design output aligns with our brand guidelines, tone, and visual language. Contribute to refining and updating these guidelines as needed.
• Presentation Design:
  Develop high-impact PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations for internal use, sales decks, and client meetings, balancing visual appeal with clarity of information.
• Campaign Support:
  Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaign strategies, providing creative input and execution of visual concepts for product launches, webinars, events, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Social Media & Digital Strategy:
  Create engaging content tailored to various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter) including static images, short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics.
• Print Design:
  Design high-quality print-ready material for offline marketing efforts such as event backdrops, posters, standees, merchandise, and corporate gifting.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Work with product teams, business development, and HR to meet their design needs for internal communication, client presentations, training materials, and more.
• Project & Asset Management:
  Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and source files for easy retrieval and reuse.
• Trend & Technology Awareness:
  Stay informed on design trends, competitor activity, and emerging tools. Actively suggest new creative directions and improvements to current visual communication strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in B2B tech or IT services).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma).
• Experience with digital content creation including social media posts, banners, emailers, infographics, and videos (basic animation is a plus).
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and brand aesthetics.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.
• Experience working in a tech or software product environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or video editing software.
• Exposure to HubSpot will be an added advantage.
