Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead of Applied Science to head our Applied Science team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and deploying data-driven models and cutting-edge machine learning solutions to enhance user engagement and optimize the overall financial experience on Jupiter.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.

- Design and implement scalable machine learning models tailored to financial use cases.

- Leverage data analytics, statistical modeling, and ML techniques to solve complex business problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and design to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Drive experimentation and model evaluation strategies to ensure robust and reliable performance.

- Stay updated with the latest research and trends in AI/ML and incorporate best practices.

- Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying data-driven models and algorithms.

- Proficiency in Python or R, with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.

- Expertise in machine learning, data analytics, and statistical modeling.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Prior experience in the finance or fintech domain is preferred.

- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
