Technology Fresher

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Develop dynamic, responsive web applications using React.js and related technologies.
  
• UI Implementation: Convert design wireframes and mockups into functional React components.
  
• State Management: Understand and implement state management using React hooks or Redux.
  
• API Integration: Work with backend developers to integrate frontend components with Node.js backend APIs.
  
• Collaboration: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern, user-friendly interfaces.
  
• Bug Fixes and Maintenance: Identify bugs and issues in the codebase and help in maintaining the web application.
  
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under guidance.
  
• Learning & Growth: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and actively engage in skill-building activities.
  
• Version Control: Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.
  

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript: Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js.
  
• HTML & CSS: Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).
  
• Basic Understanding of Node.js: Familiarity with Node.js for backend services is a plus.
  
• Version Control: Understanding of Git for source code management.
  
• Problem Solving: Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly, and take feedback.
  
• Basic Knowledge of APIs: Familiarity with how REST APIs work and how to interact with them in a frontend application.
  
• Desire to Learn: A strong interest in learning modern web technologies and best practices.
