Manager - Business Development - Recycling Industry (5-6 yrs)

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the e-waste and lithium battery recycling domain. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners.

- Lead the entire BD cycle: from lead generation to deal closure.

- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and management) to ensure client needs are met. Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and documentation for client engagement.

- Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor activity.

- Attend industry events, expos, and networking opportunities to represent the organization. Drive strategic growth initiatives in alignment with the company's goals.

- Candidate Requirements. 5-6 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in recycling, sustainability. cleantech, or lithium battery domains.

- Strong understanding of B2B business dynamics and client relationship management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.

- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
