Client Service Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Should possess Good communication, coordination and presentation skills
• Very Good interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
• Should have excellent experience in Client Interactions, Briefing & De-Briefing Projects, Project Co-ordination & Managing the delivery of projects
• Working knowledge of applications like MS Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation, etc.,

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales and client management
• Should have excellent knowledge about branding, advertising, creative design, interactive design, worldwide web, social networking, and online commerce
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing

Qualification

• A graduate or masters in Marketing, Business Administration, visual communication, Media & Journalism.
• MBA, BBA or a degree in Applied Arts / BFA / Diploma in Fine Arts
