Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Remote / Hybrid / On - Site (Mumbai, Andheri East)
Exp: 3 to 5 yrs in end to end Non - IT Recruitment
Notice Period: 15 days or immediate Joiners
Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and working closely with stakeholders to fulfill internal hiring requirements.
- The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach to sourcing, and the ability to close positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Must have experience in Non - IT hiring
- Executive or Leadership hiring, lateral hiring and head hunting.
- Industry mapping
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely closures.
- Source and attract top talent through job portals, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in an in-house recruitment role.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs, and other job portals.
- Proficient in Leadership hiring.
- Strong in doing industry mapping.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for targeted sourcing.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends
