They are looking for a Innovative SaaS Sales Leader who gets to shape the sales direction and significantly impact company's success. She/he should have experience in connecting with CXO level people at F&B / FMCG companies.
Responsibilities:
Account Development:
- Craft and execute sales plans to exceed sales targets, particularly focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding business within existing client bases in the SaaS domain.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities and nurture lasting relationships with clients, offering solutions that meet their unique needs, which may often intersect with agricultural practices and technologies.
Performance and Metrics Analysis:
- Regularly track sales performance against goals, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as necessary.
Market Insight and Adaptability:
- Maintain an understanding of market trends and competitor activities, applying this knowledge to enhance sales approaches.
- An intuitive grasp of sectors related to agriculture will be beneficial.
Collaborative Efforts:
- Work in tandem with other departments to ensure sales strategies align with the broader business objectives
