 IT Assistant Manager

II. JOB PURPOSE 

• Ensuring timely and cost effective implementation of service delivery, service support and information security solutions.

Responsibilities:-

• Budgeting, identifying and procuring IT assets. .
• Documentation of IT policies, their periodic updating and implementation. 
• Implementation & managing IT infrastructure solutions related to Hardware, Software, Networking, Wi-Fi internet for Corporate Office and other entities. 
• Providing induction to new joiners related to IT. 
• Strengthening Logical, Network, System and Physical & Environment Security.
• Ensuring availability of IT infrastructure (laptops, desktops, network etc.) - Regular systems administration activities & maintenance of existing systems. 
• Ensuring availability of organisation data and information On site and Off-site solutions for backing, storing & restoring data, replicating live data on remote location on secure network. 
• Execute assigned project on time as per guidance of GM IT.
• Effective Control on Anti-Virus & Anti-Spam, DLP, Software updating, Central Monitoring and control of internet usage.
• Providing assistance & support for all softwares / solutions being used (Finance and Payroll software etc.) by users in Corporate Office and Senior Care sites.
• Technical lead for all technology related matters including but not restricted to Video conferencing, online meetings, CCTV, security, firewall etc.

Measurable Deliverables 

• Providing IT infrastructure related solutions within budgets.
• Ensuring smooth functioning of IT dept. adherence to timelines.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS 

Minimum Qualifications

• B. Tech in IT or Graduate/ Postgraduate Computer Applications/ Dip. in Computer Applications

Experience

• 6-8 years

Technical Skills 

• Sound IT knowledge including hardware, software, servers, and networking.
• Project Management. 
• Knowledge of best practices.
• Skill Set and expertise of handling Apple MAC IOS devices (its configuration, installation, data management and network services). 

Behavioural Skills

Languages Known

• English and Hindi
