Roles & Responsibilities
Making inbound /outbound calls
Generate site visit prospects over the phone
Follow up with incoming leads
Coordination with the sales team to ensure maximum lead conversion
Maintaining an accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis
Fixing appointments for the sales team
Qualification & Experience
Any Graduate from a recognized university with minimum experience of 2+ years in Telemarketing / Telesales or Outbound voice process
Skills
Excellent and effective communication in English, Hindi and Telugu
Good spoken English will be the added advantage
Ability to meet daily targets given by Team Leader
Good convincing skills
Positive attitude with a target oriented work approach
