Job Description
Position : AVP / Chief Manager - L1 Lead - Agency Growth - Agent Lifecycle
Location : BKC, Mumbai
Experience Required 10 + yrs
Key Responsibilities
- Lead distribution build up and sustainability (Current class and 1st Prior)
- Manage / Strategize / Review life cycle of new distributor from hiring to month-on-month productivity leading to specific club qualification
- Engage with key stakeholders at HO and line managers for effective communication and program deliverables
- Operate independently to define and drive the end-to-end process
- Analyze performance and initiate process improvement to drive the core objective of Growth agency
