Job Description
Job Title: Senior Research Associate Analytical R&D (OSD)
Location: Roorkee
Department: Analytical R&D

Job Description:
Walter Bushnell Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Senior Research Associate – Analytical R&D for its OSD formulation facility in Roorkee. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Analytical Method Development (AMD) and basic exposure to method transfer and regulatory documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical method development (AMD) for OSD products
- Assist in method transfer to manufacturing/QC
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments like HPLC (major), UV, KF, IR, and moisture analyzer
- Prepare development protocols, raw data summaries, and draft reports
- Ensure compliance with GMP and data integrity standards
Requirements:
- M.Sc. (Chemistry) / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis or related field)
- 3–6 years of experience in Analytical R&D (OSD)
- Strong practical knowledge in HPLC and method development
- Exposure to regulated/semi-regulated markets is an added advantage
