Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with a strong secondary focus on SAP QM (Quality Management) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP S4/HANA, Material Master, and Bill of Materials (BOM). The candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of the SAP environment and its integration with manufacturing processes and quality management.

As an SAP Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the SAP PP/QM modules to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP PP (Production Planning) Implementation & Support :

- Configure and optimize SAP PP module to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide SAP solutions.

- Manage SAP production planning workflows, including material planning, production scheduling, and capacity planning.

- Develop and maintain Material Master and Bill of Materials (BOM) configurations.

SAP QM (Quality Management) Implementation & Support :

- Configure and support SAP QM module to manage quality inspection processes.

- Integrate SAP QM with SAP PP to ensure quality standards are maintained during production.

- Support quality management in areas like inspection plans, quality certificates, and audit trails.

S4/HANA Expertise :

- Utilize knowledge of SAP S4/HANA to streamline and optimize business processes.

- Participate in migration and implementation projects related to S4/HANA.

- Assist in upgrading and transforming legacy SAP systems to S4/HANA.

Collaboration & Training :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.

- Provide end-user training and create documentation for SAP PP and QM processes.

- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP PP/QM issues.

Qualifications :

- Mandatory : SAP Certification in SAP PP (Production Planning) is a must.

- Proven experience in SAP PP and QM modules with hands-on configuration experience.

- Strong knowledge of Material Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), and SAP S4/HANA.

- Experience in SAP S4/HANA migration or implementation projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience in SAP project management and delivering SAP solutions.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management standards.

- Familiarity with integration of SAP with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD).

Education :

- A Bachelor's degree.
