Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Insurance Sales to promote Health and Life Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Health and Life Insurance plans to individuals and families.
- Understand customer profiles and suggest appropriate insurance coverage.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential and existing clients
- Explain policy details including premiums, coverage.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience (1-3 yrs) in insurance is a must.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Telugu and Hindi. OR English and Tamil OR English and Kannada
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.
