Job Description
Qualification : Diploma/ Degree (Mechanical)
- Should have 3+ years of experience in application.
- Fibre CUTTING Laser applications/ Machine setting & fitment (Sheet Metal Industry)
- Ensure proactive support on application issues
- Ensure that all application calls are resolved on telephone or by visit within the shortest time span
- Conduct regular visits / meetings with the customers
- Responsible for Installation and Commissioning support of Laser products at the customer end
- Reading technical drawings & Job Proof
- Responsible for designing job work as per customers needs
