Apps Associates - Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant/Support Engineer (5-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Functional Support & Troubleshooting : Provide expert L1/L2 functional support for Oracle Cloud SCM modules, diagnosing and resolving user issues, system errors, and data discrepancies.

- Configuration Management : Perform system configurations and setups based on business requirements, including managing new functionalities, changes, and ongoing enhancements.

- User Training & Documentation : Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and super-users on Cloud SCM functionalities.

- Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, user manuals, and FAQs.

- Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with SCM business users, project teams, and stakeholders to understand evolving requirements for system enhancements and new module implementations.

- Data Management : Assist with master data management, data loads, data validation, and ensuring data integrity within the Cloud SCM system.

- Release Management : Stay updated with Oracle Cloud SCM quarterly releases, assess impact on current configurations, and assist in testing new features.

- Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate with end-users, IT teams, and Oracle Support (when required) to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth system operations.

- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes through better system utilization or configuration.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 12 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including significant experience in a support role.

- Deep functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud SCM modules is essential, such as Procurement (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement), Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management, or Supply Planning.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting functional issues.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

- Experience in creating functional specifications and test cases.

- Oracle Cloud SCM certifications are a plus
