UX/UI Lead - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Force.com UX/UI Lead to join our team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-friendly interfaces for applications built on the Salesforce Force.com platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for applications built on the Force.com platform.

- Collaborate with product managers, Salesforce developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve design solutions.

- Maintain consistency and usability across screens and modules.

Required Skills :

- 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with experience on Force.com or Salesforce platforms.

- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and design principles.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning components or Salesforce certifications.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
