Job Description

Handling trademark applications from searches (with opinion) till registration; post registration procedures; oppositions and rectifications;
Managing trademark portfolios, docketing, and routine client follow-ups.
Providing opinions on non-disputed trademark matters.
Experience of providing opinion on contentious / dispute matters involving
Attending official hearings at the Trademark Registry for both application and
Monitoring and following up with Trademark Registries for requests filed during pre- registration and post-registration stages.

1. Handling Domain Dispute matters under INDRP and UDRP;

4. Experience in prosecuting Industrial Designs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prosecute trademark applications from searches (with opinion) till registration; post registration procedures; oppositions and rectifications;

2. Undertake research and analysis;

3. Manage Trademark Portfolio; docketing and routine follow ups with clients;

4. Timely completion of work / deliverables assigned by Seniors with 100% accuracy;

5. Work as a Team with team members;
