Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for senior executives
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
  • Handle internal and external communication on behalf of executives
  • Maintain confidential documents, records, and reports
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business correspondence
  • Follow up on pending tasks and action items
  • Support administrative and office management tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar executive or administrative role
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Only Mumbai location candidates proffered.
