Product Manager - NBFC (4-5 yrs)

Role: Product Manager.

Job Location: Mumbai.

Education: MBA is a must.

Experience: Min 4-5 years.

Important note: We are looking for a candidate with consumer durable or finance experience(preferred).

Job Responsibilities:

- Tracking and reporting on business metrics and product profitability.

- Studying and keeping track of trends in the consumer finance industry.

- Responsible for increasing customer visits to the company's 'EMI store' where consumer electronic gadget loans and travel loans are put up and from where customers can apply for a consumer durable/ travel loan against securities in a seamless online manner.

- Meet up with consumer electronic gadget vendors and travel service vendors across India, ensure tie ups with the company and be able to negotiate on dealer subventions to the financer.

- Run cross sell campaigns (via email/ WhatsApp and SMS) to cross sell consumer durable product loans and travel loans to existing loan against security customers and customers of the company.

- Enhance features of company's Loan Against Security offering to ensure greater customer attraction ease of application.
