Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote the companys products, strengthen the brand, and drive business growth. This role involves overseeing both digital and traditional marketing channels, managing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring strong market presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.).
• Manage daily operations of social media channels and community engagement (comments, DMs, mentions).
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, photographers, and influencers.
• Run paid campaigns and promotions (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Ensure brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
• Organize and manage social media contests, giveaways, and collaborations.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2–5 years).
• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Creative thinking with strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and paid ad performance.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience in handling luxury, lifestyle, FMCG, skincare, or wellness brands (if applicable).
• Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content.
