It Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, project needs, and team dynamics.
  
• Source qualified IT professionals using job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking channels.
  
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews and follow-ups with candidates and interview panels.
  
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation, notice period buyouts, and onboarding coordination.
  
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  
• Stay updated on current IT trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
  
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or similar role in an agency or corporate environment.
  
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, GitHub, etc.).
  
• Solid understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
