Job Description
- Strong MEP (Mechanical Engineering Plumbing) design process to support Design Mangers for all MEP design decisions for Construction and Hotel Industry.
- MEP Design basis reports review in compliance with project cost and brand to get sign off.
- Review of MEP drawings and coordinate with consultants, client for design management.
- Coordinating with Design Manager and consultants for production of MEP schematic design and detailed design development.
- Check MEP load sheet and space planning.
- Preparing and reviewing technical comparative with ROI to analyze the suitable MEP system.
- Coordinating with MEP designers for the deliverables for tender drawings and specifications (MEP systems).
- Assist the commercial and QS teams in developing budgets and cost plans during various stages of design.
- Study and co-ordinate drawings before issue for pre-construction phase and for GFC phase.
- Conducting value engineering reviews with the support of Ascentis corporate MEP design teams.
- Support to QS team for MEP costing and tender management.
- Support project team for MEP construction management or quality assurance.
- Support to Project team for MEP system commissioning and handover.
- MEP Advisory Services. Project site visit to prepare MEP advisory report with observations and corrective recommendations along with cost and time.
- B. Tech/ Diploma Machinal, Electrical or Instrumentation.
- Strong understanding to hospitality operations or projects.
- Strong self-management.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports and meeting minutes
