Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes as an individual contributor. This hybrid role requires working from the Pune office three days a week. Exceptional performers during the contract period may be offered a permanent position.
- Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to enhance recruitment efficiency & ensure compliance with organizational policies and recruitment standards.
- Must have completed a regular MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
- 8 to 10 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven expertise in IT recruitment processes and tools.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Skilled in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn recruiter tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
