Job Description :

As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of IT projects.

You will be responsible for defining project objectives, creating detailed project plans, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines and budgets.

Your strong leadership skills, technical understanding, and proactive approach to problem-solving will be essential in ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and develop high-performing project teams by providing clear purpose, direction, and motivation.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

- Mentor and guide team members to maximize their performance.

- Lead projects through all phases, from requirements definition to deployment.

- Define project scope, develop detailed schedules, and create accurate budget estimations.

- Develop comprehensive implementation plans, including risk mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate internal and external resources (including technical teams, vendors, and researchers) to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

- Assign and monitor resources effectively to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant client stakeholders, acting as the primary day-to-day contact for project status and changes.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Establish and maintain robust processes for managing project scope, including defining clear quality and performance standards.

- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.

- Assess and manage project risks proactively.

- Have the ability to write and assess Statements of Work (SOWs) to clearly define project deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.

- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers, ensuring seamless collaboration.

- Regularly report project outcomes, status, and/or risks to the appropriate management channels.

- Escalate issues and potential roadblocks in a timely manner, according to the project work plan.

Required Skills :

- Project Management Experience : 4+ years of proven experience in managing IT projects of varying complexities.

- Excellent skills in managing and building relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.

- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Proven success working effectively with all levels of management, both internally and externally.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate project information clearly and concisely.

- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate project plans, status, and outcomes to various audiences.

- Must possess a solid technical background and understanding of software development lifecycles and IT methodologies
