Position Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager - Sales & Application for Delhi & Navi Mumbai with strong experience in Fiber Optics, OTDR Testing, GIS Mapping, WIFI, GNSS, Locators and Telecom Test & Measurement to lead and grow our specialized product lines. The candidate must possess a solid mix of technical knowledge and sales acumen, with prior exposure to advanced field testing and fiber optic technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B technical sales for a range of products including OTDRs, cable fault locators, WiFi tools, GIS Mapping solutions, GNSS systems, Fluke instruments, and fiber splicing equipment.
• Identify and engage prospective customers from the telecom, fiber optics, and utility sectors.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the technical team to deliver customized solutions based on customer requirements.
• Provide post-sales support and coordinate with the service team for issue resolution.

Candidate Profile:

Age: Above 30 to 38 years (strictly preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales/product management in fiber optics, telecom, or utility sectors
Strong technical understanding of:

• OTDR Testing and Splicing
• Cable Fault Locators and Analyzers
• OFC Splicing and Testing
• GIS Mapping and GNSS tools
• WiFi and Telecom TNM equipment

Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage technical discussions and handle customer queries effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecom,
