Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Executive. The role involves the installation and commissioning of hotel locks and wireless access control systems, delivered both on-site and remotely. This position plays a key role in delivering an excellent post-sales experience through timely service, effective training, and customer-centric support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission hotel locks and wireless access control solutions within the assigned region.
  
• Provide remote and on-site training to hotel staff as per customer requirements.
  
• Maintain site-wise data and proactively follow up on AMC proposals.
  
• Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  
• Capture customer feedback and recommend value-added services or products to enhance customer relationships.
  
• Ensure adherence to defined service standards and timelines for resolution of service requests.
  
• Contribute to service excellence by improving turnaround time and customer satisfaction metrics in the assigned territory.

• Strong customer orientation with a proactive approach to service and issue resolution.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and email.
  
• Capable of working cross-functionally and collaboratively as part of the broader ASSA ABLOY team.
  
• Diligent and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up capabilities.
  
• Fluency in the regional language is essential for effective communication.
  
• Must be comfortable with extensive travel.
  
• Basic computer literacy is a must.
  

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical (preferred), or a graduate in any stream with relevant experience.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar industry such as hotel locks, wireless access control systems, or consumer durables.
