Role & responsibilities

Closely work with service department and factory for all manpower requirement

Have candidates in pipeline for PAN India requirement

Connect and empanel with Colleges and institutes for hiring needs.

Participate in job fairs and campus drives to attract right talent.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in hardcore recruitment with exposure in recruiting entry level positions.

An aggressive, go getter attitude who can think out of the box to fill the open positions.

Prior experience as recruiter or experience in recruitment agency is preferred.

Should work in tight deadlines.

Flexible to travel across India.

Multi Linguistic individual with knowledge in Hindi is preferred
