Job Description
Name of the position: QA Manual Tester
Location: Coimbatore

Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester with over 4 years of hands-on experience in functional, regression, and integration testing. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Understand business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases
- Perform manual testing of web, mobile, or desktop applications (based on the product)
- Execute test cases and document test results, bugs, and issues clearly
- Conduct regression, functional, integration, and smoke testing
- Work closely with developers, BAs, and product teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
- Ensure test coverage and consistency across releases
- Participate in test planning, effort estimation, and status reporting
Required Skills :
- 4+ years of experience in manual testing in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Hands-on experience with test case management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or Excel
- Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Mantis, etc.)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
