- As a Senior Consultant , you re entrusted with end-to-end responsibility for delivering project modules, and potentially even leading minor projects independently.
- Your active involvement in project planning and problem-solving will contribute to effective outcomes.
- Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and manage junior team members, contribute to business development efforts, and cultivate strong client relationships.

Exposure is high. Learning is good. Firm gives good visibility and learning opportunities since partners are closely involved in the studies. Good place for a 2 year stint.
Dislikes
Pay isn’t as high. Bad work life balance and weekend work is part of the culture. Firm has lower brand value compared to big 4’s. Firm has been around for a longtime, but hasn’t grown due to heavy dependence on just the same LT team which leaves little to no space for fresh minds. Weak middle management and high attrition at mid management.
