Role & responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries.
- Finding overseas leads relevant to our products.
- Convert potential leads into a successful business.
- Communicate with clients effectively.
- To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements.
- To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.
- To ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
- To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effectives solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
- Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills with international buyers. Ability to understand and perform in Technical as well as commercial aspects.
- Developing distribution and sales network across the globe.
- Looking out for price fluctuations in the market place.
- Creating, viewing and analyzing statistical data.
- Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends.
- Reacting to any changes in customer demand.
- Booking of Sales order & Make sale invoice accordingly (export only).
- Develop & maintain effective working relationship with key internal management and functional personnel.
- Coordinate with Clearing & Forwarding Agents for selling of consignment and give approvals of documents via mail.
- Attending trade events.
- Collecting feedback from customers.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 5-7 years total experience in Business Development with Electronic Industry.
- Must have worked in the International market.
- Good understanding of market.
