SAP ABAP Developer - BTP Module (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop ABAP solutions that adhere to SAP's Clean Core principles, minimizing modifications to the standard SAP S/4HANA system.

- Implement solutions using extension points, custom APIs, and other recommended Clean Core techniques.

-Develop and deploy side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP using services like Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and SAP Build Apps.

- Integrate BTP extensions with SAP S/4HANA using APIs and other integration technologies.

- Develop and maintain on-stack applications for Tier 1 and Tier 2 business processes within SAP S/4HANA.

- Utilize advanced ABAP concepts, including CDS Views, OData services, AMDP, BADIs, and BAPIs, for efficient data processing and integration.

- Develop robust and scalable ABAP solutions using the latest SAP development tools and methodologies.

- Implement RESTful ABAP Programming (RAP) models for modern API-driven development (Preferred).

- Develop SAP Fiori/UI5 applications (Preferred).

- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP ABAP development.

- Create technical documentation.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software within defined timelines.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, functional consultants, and project managers.

- Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
