Job Description
- Lead end to end curation, planning, and execution of programmes across our youth engagement and citizen services verticals
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders (government agencies, NGOs, community groups)
- Oversee on ground implementation - coordinate with trainers, conduct surveys and impact studies, monitor service centres, and ensure user centric delivery
- Develop and maintain project documentation - plans, KPIs, progress reports, evaluations, and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Build and sustain partnerships to support funding, mentorship, and service delivery enhancements
- Manage logistics, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct stakeholder engagement - facilitate workshops, focus groups, and consultations to gather feedback and refine programme design
- Analyse performance data and impact metrics, adapting methodologies and frameworks to enhance outcomes
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services, collaborating with the sales or outreach teams to secure new partnerships
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative culture and building capacity for sustained programme success
