Position: Project Coordinator

Location: Chinchwad corporate office,

Qualification: B.E, DME

JD for Project Co-ordination.

• Coordination with internal Department (accounts, design, sales, production and quality)
• Coordination with installation team. Arranging Manpower for installation & commissioning of projects
• Coordination with client -regarding payment, production, dispatch, design related issues.
• Solving query between installation team & Client
• Scheduling the project from Start to end
• Entering all handover report in CRM
• Preparing work order release of production department.
• Internal Purchase order release to purchase department.
• Follow up & Collect payment from Clients.
• Taking drawing approval from clients.
• Resolving of troubleshoot for each and every project if required.
• Acting as a single point contact for Project Coordination team.
