We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Automation Test Engineer with a strong background in Selenium and C#.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, along with expertise in API testing, SQL queries, and CI/CD integration for test automation.

This role demands a self-driven individual with the ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain reusable and scalable automation frameworks using Selenium with C#.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to understand application functionality and testing requirements.

- Design and implement automated test scripts for UI and API testing.

- Maintain existing test suites and ensure regular updates based on application changes.

- Participate in test case design, test execution, defect reporting, and tracking using standard tools and methodologies.

- Conduct API test automation using relevant frameworks and tools (e.g., RestSharp, Postman, Swagger).

- Write and optimize SQL queries to validate backend data integrity and support database-related testing activities.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback cycles.

- Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and proactively identify issues and areas of improvement.

Mandatory/Required Skills :

- 34 years of hands-on experience in automation testing with Selenium and C#.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, automation best practices, and agile development processes.

- Proven ability to build and enhance automation frameworks from scratch or existing solutions.

- Solid experience in API test automation and validation techniques.

- Good working knowledge of SQL and experience in crafting queries for test data validation.

- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for test automation (using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).

- Strong experience in test case creation, execution, defect logging, and comprehensive reporting.
