Project Coordinator

organisationalRole & responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities across multiple departments
  
• Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project documentation (project plans, reports, schedules, risk logs)
  
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors
  
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  
• Identify risks and issues, and help develop mitigation strategies
  
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items
  
• Support resource planning and workload distribution
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project standards, and client requirements
  
• Help prepare project status reports, presentations, and executive summaries
  
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in project management systems such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sachelors degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar project support role
  
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet)
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
