Responsibilities 

• Prepare, review, and submit tender application along with required documents within RFP deadlines
  
• Coordinate and work with internal teams to ensure all required documents are collected & compiled accurately
  
• Own and manage end-to-end tender submission process
  
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and guidelines
  
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and vendors as needed
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4-8 years of experience in tendering and/or bid management
  
• Strong understanding of tender processes and documentation
  
• Excellent articulation ability & communication skills
  
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
  
• Good in stakeholder management & should be able to get things done
  
• If you have experience working on Government tender, it can be a plus.
