Associate - Customer Service & Assisted Sales (1-8 yrs)

- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products from the available range.

- Manage and track customer concerns, ensuring accurate handling and timely delivery of online orders through effective account management.

- Provide end-to-end support across the customer lifecycle, including pre-sales consultation, order processing, troubleshooting, delivery updates, returns, payment issues, and post-sales assistance.

- Assist customers during the online shopping journey through assisted sales, helping them make informed purchasing decisions and improving conversion rates.
